ABOUT ME
After graduating from UC Berkeley with a major in Psychology, I spent the next 20 years in the music business, both as producer and performer. Seeking greater purpose and meaning, I returned to graduate school to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
In my early career I spent time working with individuals, groups, and families, focusing on substance abuse, complex trauma, and PTSD. In 2018, I began specializing in OCD. And after achieving positive results, I decided to concentrate my career in that direction, maintaining expertise in more general treatment areas as well.
I find a great sense of purpose in my career and feel proud to call myself a specialist in OCD, working with clients to find the most effective ways to strategize recovery.
When I’m not working in the office, I’m usually found running trails (slowly), cooking, listening to records, and out enjoying live music, though I’m finding it increasingly hard to stay out past 10.
